About You / What You’ll Need + Position Specifics

Overseeing and developing the operational functions of a multi-faceted design studio to include, but not limited to the following list of activities:

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the agency.
Manage and oversee the HR function including Recruiting, Benefits, Employee Satisfaction, Performance Management, Goal Setting and Business Planning.
Manage the overall Legal function of the agency including, but not limited to, Contract, Contract Issues, Client Factoring, M&A and Ownership Development.
Oversee Administration including, but not limited to the overall support infrastructure for our employees.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Experience in a Controller or similar role
Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage or other accounting software required
Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently
