The Business Development Support Lead will understand the agency business development process. This person will develop leads, work in our CRM and write proposals to support the Client Acquisition Lead (CAL). A front-runner will be comfortable using technology to mine our ideal client profile, have a strong understanding of written and oral communication methods and build a strong, collaborative relationship with the CAL and the rest of the team. This person will strive to be curious, awesome and essential to our clients and team here at HG.
